Also its only a cadaver if its a preserved body used for medical study, that person above me is wrong. If its an emergency situation patient whos choking etc. they are by definition NOT a cadaver.<br />

Basically my question is with the new CPR method being pushed into the media (no mouth to mouth).<br />
Is it possible that in a case where someone does need CPR, can you be held legally responsible for doing more damage (regardless of the outcome of life or death on the victim) by trying to help them out?</p>
