Well, one of my friend he is planning to leave UAE without settling his due’s to the following suppliers.. His Credit is approxi 1000K AED. His company is under partnership with the UAE local Arab 51/49 %.. My friend belongs to the 49% categorie.. So my question is that in case if he leaves UAE will the following suppliers will try to get the payment from the 51% Categorie partner(Arbab) ?
He would be leaving company without selling Cars, Pickups everything as it is so that in case then his Arbab can settle all the due’s against everything he has left..
License : its a basic license with 51/49 ownership. Kindly, help me to sort this thing out and make him understand better,

hi i am currently looking for a minivan for my family, i live in the united arab emirates and cars are pretty expensive i have thought about the kia carnival, chrysler town and country, honda odyssey, and the chevrolet uplander.
in the uae prices are:
kia carnival:79,000AED($21,500)

I am working as a IT proffessional in Dubai. My employer dont how to treat employers and paying me low salary and I don’t want to continue here, when I asked for cancellation of the visa he is asking me around 6000 AED to process it. I have been working for 7 months (2 visit visa, which they have provided 2 months back only they processed my employement visa). I didnt complete all my formalities (I just got the visa stamped to my passport, completed medical test). I didnt get any ID and other stuffs.
Now I am going to India for an emergency situation. I might not return to UAE again. How long my visa will be valid. I dont care about banning me here in UAE, but what will happen, in future if I want to go another country say Europe via Dubai (conn. flight). What will happen when I stay in India for 2 yrs (validity of visa will expire), Can I able to go other countries(expect UAE/GCC) later. Is there a way that I can cancel my visa from India by submitting my passport.

I am an Indian national male(Religion Hindu) and working in a free zone company in Fujairah. I am having free zone residence visa. I wish to marry a Phillipine national girl ( Religion Christian) who is on residence visa from Dubai as of now. What are the legal requirement and procedures for two different nationalities to get married in UAE? Where in UAE our marriage can take place and will be registered? My salary is above AED 6000 all inclusive. Will i be able tochange sponsership of my wife after marriage and sponser myself? Will my wife be able to stay in UAE if her employer bans her upon resignation as she will require to relocate in Fujairah? I would be highly greatful to your goodself for addressing my question. I live in the UAE and saw the Guild Wars game in a mall. I went to the official website and gamespot review it looks nice and I was surprised when I found out thr wasn’t any monthly fees. I was already going to buy a new laptop. I want to buy a laptop which is compatible with the RECCOMENDED system requirements with a price around 2500 AED if it’s possible. I’ll see a listing for a job offer with IT qualifications: 1000-3000 AED would be offered. I see another job offer with the same qualifications, and the salary would be more like 10000-12000 AED. Whats the deal? I’m getting a sense that there are 2 types of companies here in the UAE. Cheap Labor, and Professional Labor. How do I make sure I am applying for a real company and not some cheap labor wannabe company? Also, what is all this talk about having an American passport being beneficial to employment? What do they care (employer) if I am American or not?

my yearly salary from private firm in abu dhabi is 53,550/= AED
and been offered a job in 1 of the biggest Goverment firm in Abu dhabi they offer 42,000 AED
wat a the benefits when workin with gerverment apart fom there good timing working hours and 5 workin days.
In Private company now 4yr’s got salary raise twice
they offer Air ticket and house allowance (both companies)
