specifically “BLS for Healthcare Providers” (CPR and AED program). I went to the americanheart.org website and found a place near my house that has a class. but for those of you who has had experiences taking this specific class for healthcare providers I was wondering what you paid for?? How long does the class take? Do you have to take it annually?

Hello All,
Good evening everybody,
I signed an employment in dubai and offered 11K AED per month, We are three, myself, wife and mother from india.
Before making the bold step to fly to dubai, just clearly wanted to know whether this offer is good, sufficient or a bad one.
Pl provide info for the following things:
1. Cost of a simple house to get on rent for 3 ppl in Sharjah? Does the cost include/exclude any other possible charges?
2. Food, we are pure vegiterians, if am a normal diet person, wt wd be the cost per person?
3. Transport, heard its better to stay SHARJAH, travel from there to my duabi office, Is there any train/bus facility, if so wt wd be the possible cost of train/bus pass per month?
4. Kindly let me know the other expenses that you have experienced such as internet, taxi to outdoor/shopping, etc?
5. How about the climate in dubai and sharjah?
6. How safe is staying with family in sharjah and working at dubai?

I’ve been offered a job for AED 10,000 /month. I’m married with no children. I want to know if in this money I can survive. Back home in Pakistan I’m earning like 60K /month. My queries are:
1. For how much I can rent an apartment for 2 pplz in a decent locality?
2. Utility cost per month for appartment?
3. For how much I can buy a vehicle used and new?
4. About average how much is per month kitchen budget for 2 pplz?
5. What is the cost of traveling in Dubai per month?
6. What is the likely hood of changing the job and finding a better one in IT (software development) sector and what is the average salary for a 4 years experienced?
7. Do previous employer can object on finding a new job. My current employer is not in free zone.

I with my family are coming to Dubai for 1 week in August 08, i just wanted to know how much AED should i have to entertain my self for 1 week. We have done hotel booking but would like to know food outside as hotel food would be expensive. what about shopping is it the same as in UK or could get cheap things there. I know Dubai is one of the expensive cities in world but still a rough estimation would be ideal, I was thinking of 2000AED would be fine but again would appreciate any suggestion, and if any budget hotels in deira n bur dubai, the hotel i booked is quite expensive. So please help me in making my trip wonderful

I’m living in Dubai and I my dentist examined my mouth and told me I have kind of deep bite and shifted teeth, we spoke about putting braces those will take around 15 months and cost AED 25,000.
There is a possibility for me to work in the UK, but I don’t know when to start there, maybe 3 months later and maybe not going even!!!
I’m confused whether to start treatment here or not, because later i will need to see the doctor every 3 months!!
If i decide to have the treatment in the UK, how much would it cost?
please advise…

Dear All, what’s the cost of living in Dubai / DIC / or Abu Dhabi region for a family of 5 (myself, wife & 3 kids). I have a job offer in hand, salary-24000 AED/MONTH lumsum (without Accommodation) with basic medical insurance.
I would prefer to have a furnished 2 / 3 bedroom apartment, normal car. Though I am a CANADIAN / PAKISTANI Citizen.
So, what are the monthly expenses towards medical insurance for the family, electricity, water, petrol/gas, grocery, cable connection, internet, entertainment, etc.
I want to live a normal life, not too much luxuries… since i have to support my family members (parents) in Pakistan. Could any body be kind enough to send me the details about it. I would really appreciate your immediate deep concern. Regards,

I have a job offer with 25000 AED per month in Dubai. We are a family of 4 members. I have 2 kids, one in 10th Std & other in 7th std schooling. I am interested in renting a 3 bedroom appartment in a decent area in Dubai where I find people from different nationalities as my neighbours. I would also need either an international school or a Delhi Public School curriculum for my kids. My purpose of working in Dubai is purely from saving perspective. What do you think would me my savings after meeting expenses on rent, school, car, fuel, medical & household? Please respond, I shall br grateful.
