<p>To state a reason for action for disability discrimination, a worker must be disabled, regarded as disabled, or have a record of being disabled. <li>their incapacity leads to physical restrictions</li>

<p>Both the Americans with Disabilities Act and the California Fair Work and Housing Act protect individuals against incapacity discrimination.  Heart disease can render an individual disabled, deserving of protection from discrimination.  Accordingly, an employer may not take any adversary action against an employee thanks to the employee&#8217;s heart disease.  The employer also has an obligation to provide reasonable accommodation to an employee with coronary disease in order to allow the worker to perform the fundamental functions of the job.  The law will protect an employee whose employer doesn&#39;t provide these obligatory accommodations.  As an example, an individual with heart disease could need to take care to alleviate heart strain by refraining from nerve wracking activity.  An employer must supply an worker with such accommodation, unless doing so would place an unjustified burden on the employer or endanger the security of others.</p>
<p>Heart disease is also a health problem, within the dictionary definition of the Fair Work and Housing Act, worthy of protection from discrimination.  FEHA defines a medical condition as any health impairment related to, or connected with, a diagnosis of cancer, for which someone has been rehabilitated or cured, based on competent medical proof; or any genetic characteristic.</p>
<p>An employer may not take an adverse action (such as firing, refusing to hire, or failing to accommodate an employee&#8217;s wishes) on the principle of an employee&#8217;s health condition.  An employer has an obligation to deal with the employee by permitted her or him to attend medical appointments, receive treatment, and provide reasonable on-site accommodations for the conditions you can see, when it comes to a disagreement involving an auto accident, you don&#39;t have to battle it on your own, and you definitely should not depend on insurance firms.
