For what purpose? Few places accept on-line certification for employment or to join something like a nursing program. It is almost a scam to suggest you can learn a hands-on skill on-line.
As a certified CPR instructor, I know that most places want your certification card to come from one of the Big Three (American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Council), or a source connected to a fire department or hospital to help ensure that the information is accurate and the students actually learn the skills. Neither of these apply to on-line classes.
Besides, every on-line program I have sampled so far has had bad, wrong, or outdated information on it.
