What Is An Easy Way To Remember How To Do Cpr?
ABC, check airway, check breathing, check pulse (circulation). Child 1 breath 5 compressions, adult 2 breaths, 15 FAST compressions. I know it sounds stupid, but practice on a doll, making sure you count as you go and you are pushing fast and hard enough. If you’re gonna jump in and help someone great, just make sure you know what you are doing and have it down to a T, so you can remember it under stress.

The best way is to take a class.
They issue a card upon completion (which I carry in my wallet).
This is the best (and safest) way to learn this properly.
Check with your local Red Cross chapter – OR a firestaion to help you out.
Hope this helps

You just answered my question about Endometriosis and obviously you don’t have the disease, or therefore, know much about it. I on the other hand, do have the disease, and it is not cureable. Ive already had 2 surgeries and I am only 25 years old. It grows quickly, and IS very painful, which does keep some people from working. The only way take care of the pain is to have a total hysterectomy, which for me, is not an option at 25 years old, with having no children. Next time you want to answer a question make sure you know the whole info so you dont make an azz out of yourself….
