There is no one source and not all groups keep good records. Your best bet is to figure out who you certified with the last time and ask them.
If you got it at the Y, ask them. If at the local school, fire station, hospital, Red Cross office, community center, etc.- ask them. Some of them won’t have the final answer for you, but they can usually point you to the agency (Red Cross, Heart Association, etc.) they certify through.
Honestly- if you don’t remember if you are still certified, you probably do not remember enough of the skills to pass. Most CPR certification is only good for one year, after all. (Heart Association and Safety Council use 2 year)

Local health department or sometimes the community center or school distirst or hospital.

Call your local health department. I believe the certifications come through them.

The American Red Cross can check for you. ANd re certify if needed.
