Anyone Ever Took A Cpr Class For Certification? How Was It?
My husband and I are taking a CPR class for our BLS (basic life support) certification. We are both nursing graduates. Since the certification will be used under “health care provider” status…we are required to take a test I guess (written and demonstration).
I’m just wondering if any of you have experienced this…is the class hard? Is the test hard??? LOL. Tests make me nervous!! Let me know!

It’s not hard. It’s cake actually. At the class I took everyone was required to demonstrate on dummies and that wasn’t even all that difficult. Don’t worry. I think the baby was the easiest for me.
ETA: Just pay attention and you’ll do fine. Which association is it through? If it’s through the AHA you’ll be good for two years.

Had to take the Red Cross class for CPR because we work around electronics and high voltage. It wasn’t that hard, it’s actually easier than it used to be.

You’ll do fine =)
