    The Red Cross
Or many adult ed. programs offer them. Check at your local high school to see.
Or ask at the local fire dept. They have to recertify now and then. They could tell you.
Or check the catalog of the local community college.

Your local Red Cross (www.redcross.org) offers a lot of classes and is fairly cheap.
Your local hospitals, YMCA, fire dept., etc. may offer it as well.
