Nosebleeds? Helpppppppp Me.
okay. so tonight, at dinner my dad had a really bad nosebleed. i didnt think it was a big deal. but both my parents got really worried about it. & they wont explain anything to me? my dad also found out that he needs a defibrillator. im really worried, but im afraid to ask my parents whats going on. will SOMEONE explain what this al means?

Nose bleeds are a sympton of high blood pressure. when the blood pressure gets too high, things like nose bleeds and headaches start to happen. It sounds like he’s pretty sick if he needs a defibrillator. Just encourage him to eat right and exercise, and follow the doctors instructions. It’s very important!
