BLS is a generic term that USUALLY but not always covers a specific set of skills- CPR/AED for infants, children, AND adults; using a Bag Valve Mask; 2-person CPR; etc.
BLS is roughly equal to the Red Cross class ‘CPR for the Professional Rescuer’.

CPR, First Aid and AED Certification are all parts of Basic Life Support (BLS) but that does not mean you are certified. BLS is a level of standards or protocols for the basic treatment in emergency situations. Emergency Medical Technicians-Basics are what most consider to be BLS Providers.
So the bottom line is: your certifications are part of basic life support, but you should not consider yourself to be BLS certified with only those certifications.

You would have to be certified in basic life support. Because you are certified in First Aid, CPR and AED will make it easier for you.
Basic Life Support (BLS) is a specific level of prehospital medical care provided by trained responders, including emergency medical technicians, in the absence of advanced medical care.
