What To Expect At Cpr Class?

I’ve signed up for a CPR/AED course with the red cross and I’m just wondering what to expect. How are classes typically run? Will a variety of age groups be taking the course as well?

Yes you can expect a variety of age groups. I teach CPR/AED. Usually there is a movie, and during the movie I pause to explain things better or to answer questions. My movie also has you stop and work with the resuscitation dolls. At the end of the movie, we do CPR on all 3 dolls (adult, child, and infant) we also do heimlich on all 3 dolls. After CPR than we use the AED on the dolls. Than there is a short test. It really is a easy class, but pay attention! You never know when you will need it!
