Is There A Way To Give Cpr To A Fresh Water Fish?
My little sister put ribs in there fishbowl…one is o.k but the other has some food stuck in his gills.

Use a turkey baster or small eye dropper (depends on the size of the fish) to gently push water through the fishes mouth and past its gills (while holding the fish in the aquarium with a clean hand). But, be carefull as to much water pressure could do a great deal of harm to the fishes gills. It is probably best just to let the fish work it out for itself. Meanwhile, start cleaning out the fishbowl (ugh…I hate fish bowls, fish belong in aquariums, not bowls or vases).

Though there is no way to perform CPR, your best bet will probably be to let the fish be and see what happens, there is also a chance that it may expel that food on its own.

just change the water and keep an eye on them. and keep your sister away from the tank. next time it might be something worse!!

the vet can give CPR, I saw one do it on a goldfish.
