Ok, let me try to help you out from my personal experience.
A. Groceries - AED 2000 is more than enough
B. Clothing - AED 1.000 way to much for me
C. Dinners, Weekends AED 1,500 for 2ice the month - okay
D. Utilities, Internet - AED 1.000 - to much
F. Medical - is for free
AED 1.000 monthly just for clothing is to much. This amount should also include your wife's visits to the salon, maicure, pedicure etc.. That does not mean that you can not spend that kind of money on clothes - but..........
Going out for Dinner at the Weekends you will be able to visit fine buffets for between Dhs 100 and 190 per person all you can eat. By not drinking any alcohol, Dhs 1.500 might be calculated to high.
For utilities I pay for big fridge, freezer, big stove, washmashine, dryer ac etc. etc never more than Dhs 500 monthly. Flat rate for Internet is AED 250 and phone calls from landline to landline in within Abu Dhabi are for free.
AED 30 for water is okay.
Medical: In Abu Dhabi it is mandatory that your company provides health care for you, your wife and for up to 3 children under the age of 18 years old. All costs have to be on the company and medication bought in pharmacies on your healthcare provider's network is for free also. Saves you AED 1.000 in your calculation.
Well, taxi depends on how often you use it and where you go. You may think about renting a car instead of going through the hassle of catching a cab. Mostly transportation is provided by the company.
1 bedroom app. at the Corniche will be (IF you can then find one) will be min. between AED 80.000 and AED 120.000.
Please do not take my figures for granted, I just went by my own experience and of course you can live cheaper or also spend a whole lot more money.
All the best.
