If A Person Is Unconscious, But Breathing And Has A Faint Pulse Do You Perform Cpr?

I know how to perform CPR but I am confused when to perform them. Since CPR is basically you doing the breathing and heart beating for them, but what if the person is unconscious has little pulse and is breathing do you still perform CPR?
Thanks!

If they are breathing at a pretty regular pace, then you do not need to perform CPR (if they are breathing, there is a pulse – it’s implied).
However, if their breathing is erratic (shallow, not steady – e.g. 1 breath every 20 sec.) then you should continue CPR. It is safer to continue CPR on someone to ensure they are getting enough oxygen and circulation than to have someone become brain-dead because their breathing wasn’t steady enough.

If they have a fairly regular pulse while conscienceless, the no. However, and this is if they are breathing, their pulse is weak, only do chest compressions until an ACD arrives. Hope this helps!
