I Got An Offer Of 14000 Aed In Abu Dhabi, Software. Is It A Good Salary?

I got an offer of AED 14000 Per month from Abu Dhabi. I have 4.5 yrs of experience in IT industry in India. Is it a good salary?
I will be moving with my wife. Will I able to live comfortably there and save a bit too?

The national average income in 2006 in the UAE was 62% of the offer being tendered to you. I did not find income stats for Abu Dhabi.
