Most of the CPR classes I have heard of that make you bring your own manikins are not 'official' classes being run by properly accredited instructors, but rather independent instructors trying to avoid buying or renting the stuff they need for class and trouble to you.
I STRONGLY recommend taking classes from a good instructor who provides you the tools you need to learn.
If you are stuck here, however, the AHA offers a cheapo manikin for about $40 for their 'CPR for Everyone' program.

Generally these are expensive even used. However you may wish to look into the following links who sell these.http://www.first-aid-product.com/http://www.first-aid-product.com/industr…http://www.himfr.com/buy-cpr/
I do know someone who bought one used as it was replaced by the high school, and they sold it on Craig's list. Ebay may also be a good place to check.
I remember when I was training others, I actually used a soft baby doll for infant CPR, you may wish to try this too.
