    18A = 18 coul/sec. The time is 2*10^-3 sec, so the total charge is A*t = 18*2*10^-3 coul = 3.6*10^-2 coul
    Each electron carries a charge of 1.6*10^-19 coul, so the number of electrons is 3.6*10^-2 / 1.6*10^-19 = 2.25*10^17
